Group Therapy

For many people group therapy, can be more powerful than individual therapy and create significant change. There are many types of group therapy but the format is often similar in that people come together under the leadership of a trained group therapist, to work on improving their lives in one way or another. Group members are encouraged to turn to each other for support and feedback which increases the sense that you are not alone.
