“My goal is to foster resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change”
As a psychologist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for healing and growth. My journey began as an elementary school teacher, then as a school psychologist and crisis responder—experiences that continue to shape my understanding and support of individuals across the lifespan.
I work with both children and adults, and a wide range of life experiences, cultural backgrounds, and social contexts shape our identities. I honor the uniqueness of each person’s story and strive to create a therapeutic space where those experiences are seen, respected, and integrated into the healing process.
My approach combines trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Person-Centered Therapy, allowing me to tailor treatment to meet the specific needs and strengths of each client. Whether I’m helping a child navigate emotional, academic, or behavioral challenges or supporting an adult through anxiety, depression, or trauma, my goal is to foster resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change. I look forward to working alongside you and your family.
